  • Invoice: I have already paid the invoice, but received a payment reminder from Creditreform.

    If the payment has overlapped with the reminder, the matter is basically settled. However, it is up to you to inform us of this again.

  • Payment: I would like to settle a collection claim and do not have a payment slip.

  • Partial payment: Can I also settle the outstanding debt with a partial payment?

    Contact the relevant Creditreform office and take advantage of the possibility of payment by instalments.

  • Error: I have received a payment reminder from Creditreform which does not concern me.

    In Switzerland, a doubtless identification is unfortunately not always possible. There is no publicly accessible personal identifier (e.g. AHV number). We do our utmost to avoid false identifications.

    For clarification, please provide us with the following information via the contact form:

    • Full first and last name
    • Address
    • Date of birth
  • Self information: I would like to request a self information
