Duty to provide information when passing on payment histories

The exchange of payment information with Creditreform requires information to be provided to the data subjects in accordance with Art. 19 et seq. DSG. It is advisable to mention the disclosure of payment data in individual contracts, order confirmations, invoices and/or general terms and conditions. A legal assessment regarding the delivery of payment experiences will be provided on request.
